That’s why we’ve crafted our return policy with you in mind too. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not quite fit your space or meet your expectations. If you find that a product doesn’t quite fit your space or meet your expectations, simply return it to us with a smile, and we’ll handle the rest with care.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and with tags still attached, just as you received it. Make sure it’s in its original packaging too. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
Damages/Defects
While we take great care and pride in packaging our products, accidents can happen. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us at (email id) within 24 hours of receiving your order. Simply send us a photo or video of the damaged shipment, along with details of the issue, and we’ll promptly assist you with your return.
Convenient Returns Policy
While our products are designed with precision and love, we understand that they may not always align with your expectations. In such instances, we offer a hassle-free return service. Please note that returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date. You need to specify the items you wish to return when initiating the process. If you’re only returning part of an order, please hand over only the relevant items to the pickup agent.
Please note that the shipment charges (if any) are non-refundable.
At Perfectly Dwell, we use third-party courier services for shipping and are not responsible for any delays that may occur. While we provide approximate delivery times, we strive to offer the best support to expedite the delivery process. For urgent orders or time-sensitive deliveries, please contact our customer team for further assistance.
For our artisanal and hand-made products, slight variations in texture, color, and size may occur. These natural differences are not defects but rather a testament to the craftsmanship and individuality of each piece. We encourage our valued customers to appreciate the uniqueness that these variations bring, as they reflect the dedication and skill of the artisans who craft each item with care and attention to detail
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to get the item you desire is to return the item you have. After processing and accepting the return, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping policy
Shipping Policy – We dispatch orders within 2-3 days and most of them get delivered 4-6 business days.
