Your payment information is always encrypted during transfer. We do not store your card or UPI details. Payments are processed by our payment gateway.

Colours and images. We try our best to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we can’t guarantee that your screen shows every colour exactly. Shades may look slightly different in person.

Handcrafted products. Many of our pieces are handcrafted, embroidered or made in small batches. Small variations in colour, texture, size and finish are natural and are not defects. Concrete décor may also show small natural marks. These are part of what makes each piece unique.

Candles and décor. Please use candles responsibly. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, and flammable items such as curtains, cushions and throws. Place candles and décor on stable, heat-safe surfaces. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse of our products.

Discounts and offers. Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to the terms shown with each offer. Codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

We may limit the sale of our products to any person, region or jurisdiction, and may limit the quantity of any product. We may discontinue any product at any time. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not guarantee that any product, service or information you obtain through the Service will meet your expectations.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order.
